Super Hotel Hirosaki

Breakfast is generous and nice. It just finishes early (8:30am).

The room was small. It was difficult to move inside.

The rooms were comfortable and the onsen was extremely relaxing. You're also able to choose your own pillows in case you want some more.

The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk from Hirosaki Station, so it's a tiny bit difficult to get to if carrying luggage. Other than that, it's great.

I loved the customer service the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. On multiple occasions the staff went out of their way to help me or explain things the best they could in English!

Nothing major, the breakfast does go very quick though in the morning so be sure to early.

clean and well maintained. Stay 2 nights. Manager on duty makes us feel comfortable and helpful.

During check in queue, receptionist serve Japanese behind my queue before serving me. When I ask, you serve Japanese first he simple said she waited long.
