The pool was AWSOME and the hot tub too. Wish i stayed longer so we could go again. Hotel has smell which was fine but rooms were really nice and so close to everything

The reception staff were unfriendly, and numerous hidden costs were added for the sauna, pool, hot tub, parking, and even the towels in the room. These charges were compulsory and could not be declined. Furthermore, the pool, sauna, and hot tub were in an unacceptable condition — unclean, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The sauna, in particular, was outdated and extremely dirty. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and advise future guests to avoid it.

There is no soundproofing. You hear everything from your neighbors. It seems like all the noise comes through the connecting door between the rooms...

The room immediately upon entering smelled of urine and the bed spread was covered in residue. I walked directly back to the front desk and explained to them the situation and that we were not going to stay and asked for a refund. They told me I’d have to call Expedia. When I called Expedia, they reached out to the Roadway Inn and claimed we completed our stay when we were there for a total of 10 minutes so no refund was given. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay.
