There was no cold water in the first room we were offered. The second room offered was too small and there was only one chair, which was damaged and had to be replaced. Continental breakfast was OK. The desk people were unhelpful. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Booked one night with my two kids and found the room completely unacceptable. There was a severe ant infestation and visible dirt and trash left from previous guests — chips under the bed, wrappers under furniture, and black/brown specks in the beds. My child was scared, and we couldn’t stay. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a manager, they reluctantly called someone who was on vacation and barely listened. No help was offered, and I was denied a refund. I’m a single mom and teacher — this was supposed to be a short, special trip. Instead, I had to scramble late at night to find another place. The room was unfit for anyone to stay in. Save your money and stay far away.

This place earns a solid 4 everytime. No frills, budget hotel in the heart of main street. Clean and comfy. With friendly staff.

Booking double booked my reservation and the hotel person told me she would charge me for two rooms even though I showed her my confirmation from booking showing one room. I had to spend several hours trying to straighten out this problem with booking. The booking people never got back to me after promising to call me back with the problem status and the hotel manager wouldn’t work it out with booking. This problem ruined a day of my vacation !!!!!

All of it, clean room, friendly staff, nice pool, and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

the location is great, right on Main street, in the center of town. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. the rooms are averagely clean and they are currently working on renovations to update some of the rooms. Great value stay when in Gorham, NH.
