Communal Hotel Plekhanovi

I absolutely loved the bed, the mattress and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Normally in hotels I’m rarely satisfied with the bed comfort, but here it hit the spot. Also the shower was very good, with perfect water pressure and water temperature. The hotel room was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Additionally the breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, though the waiting time was normally quite long and not very convenient if you need to rush somewhere.

The location was not the most convenient if you want to explore the city centre, it’s not a walkable distance (unless you want to walk 45 minutes to the centre), you will end up taking bolt to go anywhere, with the taxi it’s convenient, 5-15 minutes ride to various places. Additionally weird crowds around the area, especially in the morning, didn’t feel entirely comfortable.

Our hosts Ani and Giorgi were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street in an otherwise lively area, near a metro station and the main Tbilisi train station, as well as many bars and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel (particularly the Middle Eastern meze) was DELICIOUS. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Would be nice to have a couple of shelves in the wardrobe so we could put away more of our things.

A charming ,custom renovation of an older Georgian house which was a pleasure to experience. All of the rooms are individual and tastefully appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also a delight providing a varied taste of typical Georgian artisanal foods. A very nice cup of coffee too,if I may say so. Tamta looked after us very well,including allowing us early access to our room having arrived overnight by train from Yerevan. This was a very welcome boon for us. All in all,a terrific stay and I highly recommend it to you.

Communal is on the other side of the river from the Old Town. Having been accommodated in the Old Town on the previous weekend,I much preferred the Communal Hotel Plekhanovi location. Bars and restaurants,transportation all within easy reach. I’m speaking from a tourist point of view. It may be the other side of town would suit better for business visitors. This hotel is also within walking distance of the main Tbilisi railway station.

Понравилось отношение персонала, даже когда случился небольшой казус в номере, то по моему запросу все решили и предоставили даже бонус за мои неудобства. Нам достался великолепный тихий номер с 2 балконами и прекрасным видом

For us it feels like home, everybody so cared about us and our kid like we are came to our family house. And of course hotel so stylish and decorated with great taste. Food in Middle East restaurant first floor is delicious and better than in actual Middle East) Quiet street, windows are pointing to courtyard with wild grape leaves everywhere. Really comfortable to leave here with infant - flat streets, quest area to walk around, baby crib in the room, blackout curtains, baby chair in restaurant, safe space to crawl in room. We had perfect time here. Love Tamta and all staff ❤️

Everything from delicious breakfast to design..its really so nice experience live in this hotel.

The constant music coming from the dining area. It went on all day. I am sure the whole street could hear it.

hotel local was great in living area, with plenty of bars and restaurants around, bus stop not far, you can use even bus 337 from airport), same for metro. Weller restaurant had great choice of excellent food ( enjoyed dinner and breafast). Thanks to all in the hotel for the great and friendly service with a smile. Also check in-in option with what app information for late arrival was great and this is a super job !!!!
