Amazing Sea Views Luxury Guest House

The house and room were nice. View was beautiful.

Booking.com said the rooms were so I and proof which isn't true. Other guests were noisy up until midnight. Until we said something to them. Also the hill getting up to the house was so steep. People should be away of this. I read it was a guest house but it's actually a share house.

Amazing view. Very spacious. I took a room without ensuite or view and it was spacious and comfortable. The shared areas are spacious and the view is amazing. The listing mentions Driveway is on a hill...Driveway is very steep....most cars would not make it up. Makes for an amazing view, but not suitable for those not able to walk hills and stairs. I would definitely stay again.

The phone number to call if there are questions or problems doesn't answer or return call if you leave messages. The message service via the app doesn't always respond either. I messaged a few hours prior to check in to see if I could come an hour earlier...no answer. Other house guests had problems with codes for entry that took half an hour for response, and another couple had been approved for early entry but the codes did not arrive until normal check in time, and no one answered messages they sent. Found a dry dead roach in my kettle. The house is superficially clean, but is due for a deeper cleaning in the corners I think. None of the current guests smoked, but ashtray/tin on balcony was full of butts.

Owner allowed slight change to booking due to issues with water damage

Dehumidifier running all night in spare room Fridge motor breaking and sounding like a power tool before 6am

View from location was decent but price was almoat double of somethings of similar experience given that facilities and cleanliness was zero

The view was amazing.

The information for when I arrived was incorrect so I could not get in. The info had a 4 digit pin number when a 6 digit ws required for the door locks. The owners did answer the phone. They eventually texted me the correct numbers. There were no outside lights so I could not see the door locks so I was stuck in the cold for 1/2 an hour. Its also up a massive hill and has a steep drive.

Its a scam ad They said 2 rooms but its actually just a living room I m also out of booking.com as i have been conned and offered no any help, hopeless
