Cleanliness, door lock, communication with guest, service, facility and light outside

The room was a decent size with an ensuite. The common room was also cleaned, and it had a good sea view.

After you check in, you are pretty much on your own. 1. We didn't receive the check-in information unless I called at 7:30 am to request the details. 2. Property is not safe at all, I don't know how, but a couple of random women got into the house without and used drugs in the common bathroom, despite calling the host, they literally didn't bother to come and visit the property to ensure the safety. 3. I don't know ho,w but someone took the Wifi Power Cord so we were out of Wifi, and despite calling the host 4-5 times, they didn't bother to come home and install the new cord.

Bathroom was very dirty, no powerpoints in bathroom to get ready and only a mirror in the bathroom so couldn’t get ready elsewhere. Dirty handprints on wall in bedroom. Door handles almost falling off each door. Very steep driveway.

Didn't like anything

The unit was filthy, with a moldy shower. The were no hand towels, tea towels. No t.v. The washer/dryer were filthy and lint filters full. The oven and cook top were both filthy. Eggs were found in the electric Jug! Dish sponges were deplorable. There were no smoke detectors (illegal). The driveway and steps to gain entry were both incredibly steep making access very difficult and dangerous. There were no flyscreens and noise from top floor guests was prominent.

This a suburban house, not designated or signed as a hotel. It's reached by climbing very steep stais. You would have difficulty carrying any more than a small suitcase. It is not luxury accommodation.
