The room has no window. Claustrophobic.

Location is excellent, just beside Centre Point Mall and a crawl away from the train station. There are plenty of local and international food options across the road, including a convenience store. We made a last minute booking for a Superior Queen Room and was accomodated promptly. Considering the smaller room size, the layout maximized shelf and storage space for items and luggage, and still had space for a single window. Clean, comfortable, and would stay again next time.

Due to the last minute booking of a Superior Queen Room, they had to place us on the smoking floor due to a lack of other non-smoking rooms so there was a faint hint of tobacco in the rooms and corridor, but that is to be expected, my bad. Please remember to book early and specify non-smoking rooms if tobacco is a deal-breaker for you. The bed frame was a little squeaky. The clothes hanger setup is fixed and rather low which obstructs one of the bedside tables. Minimal hooks to hang wet towels. There is only a rain shower in the bathroom, without a hand held shower head necessitating the use of shower caps. Ride hailing services entering the area will be charged 5000 Rp on exiting as the hotel is within the mall's parking zone.

The location in the mall complex and across the train station. Room might smaller compare to the other similar hotel but enough space to put things inside without over crowded.

Nice and polite staff, small room with no window but i like the design of the room. Very close to the centerpoint mall, if you're into branded things. No tissue in the room,provided only in the toilet. No bottled water. Hot and cold water only provided at the dispenser a few steps away. Overall still a comfortable room

The location is the same complex as the mall. Train station across the street. Restaurant and grocery nearby. Wifi working fine. Refill water.

Toilet/bathroom with glass panel wall. If you stay with friends/relatives; might be awkward. The glass in the room is not very clean.
