Good hotel, the room is nice, very clean, tidy, complete emenities, refill drinking water outside the room, deposite box inside the room, except there's no fridge ... The location is excellent, next to a mall, near the train station and a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We're very happy. Everything was good. Only the toilet a bit small.

Location

It has to pay for parking fee unlike most hotels. No water bottles in the room you have to pour from the machine outside. No charging plugs for travelers

The location was excellent, easily accessible from Medan City Rail station. The hotel is also next to Medan largest shopping mall.

The hotel is a bit rundown. The restaurant was not operational even for a small breakfast. While there was free water fountain in the corridor, water was never hot. A boiler in the room would have been more appropriate.
