Villa de Babat

Staff is accommodating and easy to deal with. The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the airport and the town square is 15 min walk. Breakfast is simple but delicious and varied. Beds and linen are comfy.

Pool does not look inviting as the pictures. There are issues with AC but for a remote island like Batanes, repair service is not easy to come by. Housekeeping could be improved.

Staff provided above and beyond customer service. They treated us like their long time friends. It seems they were always around to cater to our needs. Highly recommended and will definitely stay with them if I go back to Basco, Batanes.

It was walking distance from the airport, so no hassle during checkout time Noel and Evelyn were very dependable, approachable and friendly The place was well manicured and landscaped, a godd place to relax after each day's activities The rooms were clean and good smelling too, toilet working well, hot shower provided There are more things to say, all in all: highly recommended, from a picky customer😊

None that I can think of, except....they could have had a longer pool🥰...

Generally clean, homey, staff will go out of their way to help you, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast

Room kinda dark even if I open all the lights and lampshade, not much options on TV channels, one instance when breakfast wasn’t ready on agreed time, pool doesn’t look it’s cleaned often

Very nice and comfortable

The staff are welcoming and warm. They see to it we will not be late during our flight and monitors the time the plane arrived to be ready for departure. Lani was great assisting us on the charger. Umbrella was also available. Breakfast is great, tapa and flying fish and tasty coffee.

The room was not cleaned the second day, I need to ask them to clean up the trash can. I understand it is not a new hotel but due cleanliness should be observed, there was a cockroach. Though over all the pillows are comfortable but very cold aircon at night.
