Villa de Babat

The location is good, near the airport, which is in walking distance. The common parts of the guesthouse are nice to look at but the room was not comfortable and most of all without any light.

The room was without light and view, small but the bed was more or less acceptable. The room was never cleaned during my stay and the sheet never changed. Breakfast. was mediocre. The guesthouse helps organise tours. It is connected with the most expensive and dishonest guides. This guesthouse is seriously overrated. I believe that relying on other travellers' opinions is not sufficient to provide reliable opinions on each of the premises.

Clean and comfortable. The staff always pleasant and responsive to our requests. Beautiful garden area and lobby to lounge around makes you feel very at home. The dining area a few steps next door building is lovely in simple good taste.

Walking distance to the Basco Airport & the Capital🇵🇭

The gardens were stunning, the 3 ladies Lani, Evelyn and ? were very helpful and Edward was a great cook and coffee server.

black out for a whole night…. no water to shower & flush toilets

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were soft, which was very comfortable for us! The staff was lovely and helped us many times with our questions. We were happy that we could extend our stay when our flight got canceled. The AC worked perfectly and there was hot water in the shower.

The water pressure was low and the wifi did not work at all during our stay.

Proximity to airport. After checking with google maps it’s just 1 minute from airport and i decided to walk not knowing that i had someone who will pick me up at the airport. The place is cozy and clean. Also tour can be arranged

intermittent internet connection but being off grid for couple of days is also great.
