The rooms are veryyyy hot air does not work. Water the sink & tub did not properly work. No service in the rooms at all. Asked maintenance multiple of times to come no one came, even asked if i could pay extra to change rooms no one got back to me. Very unprofessional & bad experience

We loved the patio and being beachfront, along with the space the unit provided (2 floors, 2 full bathrooms) as we were only 2 adults and 1 child. The spiral staircase was a fun added bonus. We're grateful for the pool, as well, as beach/ocean conditions were not ideal during our stay.

The villa needed a deep cleaning overall, and the showers did not drain/were very clogged. It would have been nice to have been able to lock the sliding glass door from the outside, so we could go straight to the beach/pathway from our unit (versus locking up from inside and having to go all the way through to the lobby and then outside). The unit and common areas were heavily perfumed, which was a bit overwhelming.

Great location just by the beach. Nice layout in the room with great view. The hotel has soo much potential, but....

The room was really old and worn out. Could not close bathroom door, it seems to be swollen or tilted. The fridge as well as the air-condition seemed to be broken as they both sounded really loud. Not very many nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

The apartments are old and in need of maintenance.

High restaurant and you have to wait for valet no matter who you are. Make sure everything is out your car.

Falta un anfe o cocina en la habitacion, habian ollas y vajilla, pero solo microondas. el resto todo super
