Girasole Apartments

The cleanliness of this property was completely unacceptable. The overall structure is very poor and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we found leftover food on the beds, dirty bed linens, hair everywhere, and an excessive amount of dirt throughout the apartment. This is not just a minor issue — it reflects a serious lack of basic hygiene standards. The environment felt unsanitary and uncomfortable, especially for a family stay. I would strongly not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in cleaning and maintenance.

Parking muy lento, al departamento le faltaban elementos, tardan 48hs en en venir a arreglar la WiFi y 72hs en hacer liempieza

The property has been a favorite of mine, I’ve stayed countless times over the last 5+ years , convenient tiki bar with decent lunches & close proximity to the beach, decent space by the pool not completely packed

The room I stayed in particular wasn’t the cleanest unfortunately. I’ve stayed with girasole apartments in the past to be fair, the other room I stayed in was much nicer + cleaner. The bath tub is disgusting, toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a while and you can clearly tell the apartment was not deep cleaned, random hair on the floor / dirt on random spots but it wasn’t terrible, just not up to my standards / the price. The location really saved it the room was my least favorite part unfortunately.
