Beach view from the bedroom

Everything. Apartment was not clean and no service maintenance… we requested for towels for 3 days and nobody responded or showed up to provide towels. Bathrooms are in a bad condition and can’t even use them properly. Customer service is very bad as they never responded. Parking is worst as it took 1+hours every time you want to get the car or park the car. We really had terrible experience staying at this location.
