JP朝6時から施設が使えて、チェックアウトも11時な所が1番良かった。 お風呂、岩盤浴ともに満足でとてもゆっくりした休日を過ごすことが出来ました。
エレベーターが一つしかなく、時間帯で混むことが何度かあった。 一般のお客様と一緒なので、お風呂、岩盤浴、休憩スペースが混みすぎでした。

the floor on this hotel most be clean always,may 5 10:30pm i ask the hotel front staff man at this time to gave me another pillow.and he said he bring to the room,but nothing.im dissapointed! but the other staff is great except that man.i want to again 🥰
USConvenient any time spa (I went at 11pm and it was still busy)- felt great after a full day of walking. Appreciated the deluxe heated toilet seat with bidet. Also liked the live music, restaurant (excellent breakfast), and shaved ice. Very friendly staff
Remote for room temperature control was hard to figure out cuz it was completely in kanji. Google translate helped a bit but we still struggled. A simple instruction sheet in English would help. My wife didn't want to do the spa because everyone is naked (separated by gender) - but that is a cultural thing, and I was ok with it. Rooms are small by Western standards but cleaned daily
