AUIt is a lovely spa hotel, very kind staff, delicious and good restaurants, great onsen, and incredibly clean.
*this only applies to me* I wanted to visit Kyoto and all the sight seeing places. I found this hotel to be a little far. So the location is the only issue, but it comes with a great price :)
