PARADISE Bay Hotel

Simply fantastic. I went with moderate expectations and the hotel definitely topped these. The food across.. omg - so good! The breakfast as well. The comfort of the good mattress, aircon, nice sized terrace. All was really nice. Design of the place definitely feels above the rest around. It's modern, yet cozy. Fantastic job there. Would deeefinitely stay there again!

Please check bathroom cleanness before new guests arrive. I found few hairs which was unpleasant.

We stayed for 6 nights together with our 6-year-old Bichon and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was done every morning and the room was kept very clean. Both the hotel staff and the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel's private beach was included for hotel guests, with no additional charges, and the staff there were very kind. We had dinner at the restaurant across the street on our last evening. The view was beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were attentive both to us and to our dog. Although the hotel is located a bit further from the city center, the 20-minute walk to the restaurant area was pleasant and relaxing.

Breakfast was served at the restaurant across the street. There were only six breakfast options available and guests could choose only one per day. The menu remained unchanged for several consecutive mornings, which became a bit repetitive during a longer stay. When booking, the room was advertised as having a sea view. However, we were assigned a room overlooking the pool. We requested a room change, but unfortunately we were informed that this was not possible. While this did not significantly affect our stay, it was disappointing as we had specifically chosen and paid for a sea-view room

We are pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service, which is far from typical for Bulgaria’s southern Black Sea coast. The resort has a large team of staff who are always available, highly efficient, and consistently friendly and smiling. The facilities and overall conditions are excellent, but they would not be nearly as impressive without the people who work here. I realize that it is not yet the peak summer season, but even so, this is a very high commendation for the hotel's management.

Може да използват бели хавлии,черните вървят на интериора,но самия цвят за хотелска хавлия не ни допада!

Paradise Bay Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. My partner and I spent 3 nights here and we have absolutely 0 complaints. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, the pool area is very comfortable and open 24 hours with heated water at night. There are also buttons on the tables next to the sunbeds where you can order drinks & food straight to your sunbed from a great menu. Not to mention the two restaurants opposite the hotel. The beach restaurant was our favourite, the views from here are amazing and the food is incredible. We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful hotel.
