PARADISE Bay Hotel

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse, équipée avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine était propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon, tout comme le restaurant.

La plage de l’hôtel est tout sauf paradisiaque, elle est remplie de plastique qui s’échoue sur le sable

The room was very modern and well equipped. With 2 Aircons, free coffee, fridge and a lot of pillows. The nearby small beach was very luxury, with a good bar onside. Breakfast was not buffet, but a la carte in i restaurant across the road. Beutiful wiev.

The evening meals in the restaurant was below standard. One of the receptionist was a bit intrusive with her opnions about life!

That the service from the restaurant was not proactive or available at all times when asked for.

We were absolutely spoiled by the girls at reception, they welcomed us every morning and evening with a smile, making sure we have everything we need and asking whether we enjoyed our day or whether we'd like any recommendations on things to do. I would also like to thank Tania and the other girls who made up my room, making sure I have coffee capsules and water every day, leaving some cute towel arrangements on the bed (e.g. a swan or an elephant) - that made me smile every time I entered the room after lunch! The bed was super comfortable as well, crispy clean sheets felt luxurious. The room is spacious and very comfortable, I loved reading on the balcony and the air conditioner did an excellent job at cooling me down after a day out in the sun. I also adored the swimming pool outside, it didn't even smell of chlorine which usually puts me off swimming, and it wasn't too deep so I felt safe (as I can't swim for long distances). Miss the place already!

Хотелът е чудесен – много чист и добре поддържан. Персоналът е усмихнат, любезен и винаги готов да помогне. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден, хавлиите се сменяха редовно, а наличието на сешоар беше много удобно. Закуската е вкусна и разнообразна, а ресторантът към хотела също предлага хубава храна и приятна атмосфера. Прекарахме престоя си с удоволствие и със сигурност бихме посетили отново!
