Beautifully location and view

From the outside it looked terrific.

It had stairs to most of the accommodation which were difficult to manage. Totally non functional inside. Door to bathroom hung incorrectly. No TV. Very thin walls between the apartments. Uncomfortable beds.

Sehr schöne Lage. Das Personal was sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt.

Im Bad hat der Gulli etwas gestunken.

Bel hotel, Grandes chambres très lumineuses et très propres. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Jolie piscine tres propre au bord du lac. Location d'un scooter très facile à l'hotel. Nous avons opté pour une chambre face au lac, à l'étage pour permettre une vue dégagée. Nombreux restaurant à proximité dans le centre du Tuk Tuk.

Le petit déjeuner était correct. Nous aurions préféré un buffet mais en saison creuse et par faible fréquentation, nous avons été servis à la carte.

The location and facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In particular I must mention Intan, who dealt with any queries or requests in an amiable and efficient manner.

Drinks at breakfast limited t o one. Shouldn’t be. Luckily was cool weather. Aircon should be installed in tropics.
