Very nice Pool and nice Location at the lake

Breakfast is very Basic. For a powder Cappuccino you pay extra. In the Restaurant Fish and everything with Avocado was not available., so I went to another Hotel to grap some Food. The room was not cleaned, which was probably my fault because I did not leave the key at the reception. The Transport to the Harbour was quite chaotic. Everyone was telling me a different time, when the boat would be leaving, none of the times was correct. Then I was taken with my two sons by motorbike to the port. When two motorbikes had arrived, I was told that a third one is coming in two or three minutes. Therefore, I wanted to wait until the other one arrived and then go with my sons together, not leave them alone with the luggage at the port. It turned out, that a third motorbike was not supposed to come, and I was handled in a very unpleasant way, saying that we are a problematic guests. I told the woman that we would find a solution for everything, but if I am given constantly the wrong information, it’s hard to deal with it. I was already a little bit upset, because the staff had taken my personal belongings and wanted to bring it by motorbike to the harbor to leave it there without giving me any notice. So all in all the hotel is quite nice, also the location at the pool and especially the manager, tries to find solutions for problems. Altogether I would recommend the hotel. But the treatment in the end wasn’t very nice.

Het zwembad en de tuin ligt erg mooi aan het meer. De ruimte van de kamer is groot met een fijn bed. De medewerkers helpen goed en zijn vriendelijk.

De kamer is niet gezellig ingericht, eerder kil. Ontbijt mogelijkheden zijn er maar voor de prijs verwachtte wij wat meer.

The grounds of this place are beautiful, including the garden and lake view. Breakfast was tasty.

- let’s start with location, the ferry doesn’t drop off at the property. So you get dropped off at some dirty port and are then taken by kids on the back of a scooter. This was never disclosed and definitely not appropriate. - NOT every room has AC despite the booking listing, this means the filters will not work properly when your are looking for properties with AC causing false advertising. When I brought this up with the property they gaslit me and attempted to say that it was basically my fault for not looking at that specific room’s amenities 🤦🏽‍♀️ - There is slippery tile everywhere including on the outside stairs and grounds and sizing of each outdoor step is uneven. This can easily cause someone to slip, fall, and break something. Not at all appropriate for those with disabilities or are elderly. - The room is large but nothing makes sense in it. The bathroom sink is too high up, can’t brush teeth over it. The toilet is too low to the ground, and the shower head pressure is so low. Hot water runs out quickly, and there was mold on the bathroom floor. The bed is too high up. No mini fridge, tea kettle is there but without any tea. Furniture was all kind of overused looking. The curtain rods were hung on crooked. None of it made sense and definitely did not give any luxury feel to it. It was all unfortunate bc this place has potential. This 3 stars would be considered a one star in the western world at best.

The staff make check in easy for us when we arrived late... so thankful for that

The staff excellent,smiling and professional. Good breakfast,and other meals excellent. Lovely endless pool on waterfront.

Schöne Zimmer und nette Anlage

Unsere bisher schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Sumatrareise. Der Infinity Pool direkt am See ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer groß, top sauber und für Indonesien auf sehr hohem Standard. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und der Manager sehr engagiert, zuvorkommend und steht für alle organisatorischen Fragen zur Verfügung. Rundum eine top Unterkunft!
