Location great, food was nice

I didn't like the beds, they were very small and uncomfortable. The mattresses were very hard and my back and hips were sore sleeping on it. It felt as if i were sleeping on the floor. The flies in the house was a bit much. Each and every guest should be treated as priority whether its peak or offpeak season. People are there to enjoy every activity but most wasn't available. The outside pool close to the slides wasn't ready and available to enjoy. That was a huge disappointment. The shop inside the heated pool area wasnt operational as well.

We had a group of 32 guests, 20 were minors. The resort all in all is beautiful and welcoming, the staff a pleasure to talk to and attentive. I wouldn’t advise non-afrikaners to this resort though. Everything was conducted in Afrikaans which then obviously excluded us Africans from participating in the resort activities they had planned. The music was in Afrikaans, they were singing and playing in Afrikaans. The kids enjoyed swimming and playing putt putt, chess and volleyball though so they didn’t notice the exclusion. To top it all off due to that we were a huge group packing up was a nightmare so 10am hit and we hadn’t finished! Did some lady not drive up to us and shout at us while clapping her hands that she needs the apartment (so disrespectful), then drove off and sent a security guard to escort us off the balcony and collect keys! Not to mention the pool, whites on one side, blacks on the other. If you venture anywhere close to them, did they not move and get out the pool. Noted there was a lot of us but still what happened to Ubuntu
