Cleanliness,staff was friendly,shop access

The people next door made a lot of noise 🙈and the swimming pools closing to early

I really liked the staff at the tuckshop and the restaurant, they were very friendly and helpful. I liked the chalets, the pools and the slide.

One of the staff members (unfortunately he was not wearing a name tag) at the out door pools by the warm pool gave me a inappropriate attitude following a complaint from other guests in the pool. He didn't even bother to know what happened or explain what's the complaint about nor hear the side of our story instead he came and shouted at me and my kids and called the security which had the very same attitude.

The swimming pools.

The bath was in a bad state - damaged and very old, the shower head trickled water out. The kitchen crockery was in a bad state, old, very worn and some items even dirty.

I loved the pools and facilities. Very neatly kept and well maintained. The kids had a great time and the slide is lots off fun. Will definitely be back again.

Quite and peaceful, its good for pensioners not for young couples, room is very clean though

Rooms don't have mountains view, shops are too far, television is too small(old version) with no YouTube and Netflix most of the program are on another language not English, no games, after 21:00 you are forced to sleep.

Das ganze Gelände bietet viel Abwechslung. Man fühlt sich sofort wie im Urlaub. Wer gerne grillt, baden geht und Mini Golf spielt ist hier genau richtig. 30 Autominuten entfernt ist der Royal Natal Nationalpark, der zum Wandern einlädt.

Der Grill am Bungalow war etwas defekt, sodass wir den Rost direkt auf die Holzkohle legen mussten.

L’appartement était propre et bien équipé La piscine intérieure chauffée, qui est plus un grand bain chaud (36 degrés) était appréciable car nous avions du mauvais temps Le personnel était agréable C’était bien pour 2 nuits de passage dans le Drakensberg

L’appartement est très sombre L’espace piscine mériterait une rénovation Les transats n’étaient pas confortables
