James ist der Beste, er ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich und einfach super sympathisch:) die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Frühstück ist eine 10/10. Auch die Lage ist sicher! Wenn wir nochmal nach Kapstadt kommen, dann sicher wieder zu James!

La atención de James que es lo más de lo masssss!!!! La habitación divina, cama súper cómoda y todo nuevo moderno. Me encantó!!

Wir wurden mit einem Glas südafrikanischem Wein vom Hausherren James begrüßt und die sauberen und großen Zimmer (4P) übergeben. Es stellte sich sofort eine familiäre Atmosphäre ein... Er besorgt uns ein Uber-Taxi zum Restaurant. Das Gästehaus liegt unterhalb des Hügels Signal-Hill und verschafft einen schönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Unterstadt. Frühstück war großartig und vielseitig; was nicht sichtbar aufgetischt war, konnte bestellt werden... Die Adresse haben wir uns für eine Widerkommen gemerkt.

Lovely guest house with a homey feel . Location is great , close to the waterfront and other tourist attractions. Check in was smooth and the staff were super accommodating and friendly . James took good care of us throughout with solid recommendations and making sure we had a comfortable stay . Breakfast options were also yummy . Altogether a great place to stay , would recommend .

No mini-fridge inside the room. But we were free to use the kitchen as James suggested . Not a big issue .

Loved this place. Initially, we booked for 3 nights then ended up extending our stay here because it was so good. The location is perfect for exploring Cape town, with some epic views. You are in walking distance to some stellar restaurants and markets. Parking is easy out front or it is easy to grab an Uber. The house itself is comfy and charming, spacious and clean rooms with all the amenities and details you might need. James is a legend. Super friendly, cool guy, that offers the real deal 5 star service, from booking restaurants to helping us plan our day with top reccos. He gives everyone so much time and attention, it really made our trip. The place has a very relaxed vibe and you feel like you are staying at a friends house. We had a lekker time.

Old house so does not have all the electrical and electronic connections conveniently located, but the vintage architecture is part of its charm.

Quarto sempre muito limpinho, chuveiro bom, cama boa! Dormimos super bem. O café da manhã é incrível, espaço maravilhoso. O James (dono) nos ajudou muito com dicas do que fazer, dicas valiosas, sempre muito simpático. Foi uma estadia incrível
