Lovely old building .tastefully furnished.

Great place to stay. Clean and charming hotel. Friendly staff and their breakfast was really good. Its close to town and within walking distance. Parking is not great and was hard to find. Otherwise everthing else was great and we would stay there again.

Room was too small and the windows need proper blackout curtains. The blinds were insufficient - I was awakened by the morning sunlight at 4 AM. Also, room was too warm and I needed to open the window, but this then allowed the smells and venting from the kitchens (2 restaurants on main level) into the room. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Very central, clean and tidy so what more could want!

Lovely spot in Inverness!

The location is perfect! Right by Ness Walk and Easy access to dining, shopping, coffee, etc. The room we stayed in looked out over the walk and had a lovely view. There were wads of long, black hair strands in the places: the radiator top, the toiletry stands and in/on the hairdryer. The carpet was stained in places and overall dingy. This place has great potential, but needs some TLC.

Great location, nice rooms. No on site parking and no elevator

Our room was small but clean . The bed is only a double and the shower stall is small, so that might be a problem for larger sized people. Unfortunately our view was of the back alley and not the river. We arrived on a Friday evening and it took us some time to secure a parking spot in the area. The hotel is a very easy walk to downtown with many dining options. We purchased the breakfast and it was plentiful and good.

A beautiful building in a great location. Beds were comfortable and bedding was fresh. Rooms were a bit dated, there was the sound of dripping water all night. The walls were a bit thin so we could hear our neighbours talking until quite late.

The room was ok, although it did have a lovely view of the river and it was nicely located. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and she seemed like she was trying to talk us out of breakfast at the hotel. You can strongly smell Indian food throughout the building, so that may bother some. All in all, it was fine and met our needs. We were there for 1 night only.
