Sfeervol hotel met mooie kamers, fijn personeel en een prima ontbijt. Fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel zit.

De douche was minder, het duurde erg lang voordat er warm water was (meerdere minuten) en daarna moeilijk te regelen temperatuur en wisselende waterdruk. Het zwembad is niet erg uitnodigend.

Good location, quick walk to the main plaza but on the opposite side of where most things were. Rooms were clean and cute and staff were friendly.

Getting in the first time was confusing. The door was locked and no one was at the desk to let us in initially.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly, with good English. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice.

The shower was a problem – very low water pressure and often no hot water. The parking area was also unpleasant, next to a smelly drainage area.

Nous avons aimé la décoration, le soin apporté à chaque détail tout en étant sans prétention. Le personnel est au petit soin, et un grand plus avec le parking inclus parce qu il n est pas possible de se garer facilement à Merida. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die vielen Pflanzen und “Retro-Deko” haben einen tollen Charme. Besonders der Mitarbeiter von unserem Ankunftstag hat durch seine sympathische Art überzeugt. Er gab uns viele Tipps und half uns bei unserem Kofferproblem. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück, aus 4 typischen mexikanischen Gerichten war ebenfalls prima. Unser Zimmer war sauber und konfortabel. Der kleine Pool im Hinterhof lädt zum gemütlichen Entspannen am Abend ein.
