Nice, helpful and welcoming staff, stylish rooms, nice breakfast and proximity to the main square.

The front desk was many times empty during my stay. This created some inconveniences, especially when I arrived to the hotel for the first time, as a code is needed to get in, which you don’t get before checking in, resulting in me having to wait outside until someone finally noticed I was there despite many times calling on the phone or knocking on the door. Therefore, I would encourage the owners to either share the code in advance or ensure there’s always someone at the front desk. The room where I stayed, San Sebastián, had a big ventilation issue. The room would always feel hot, humid, damp and stuffed, no matter for how long the tiny window in the room, facing the inner courtyard, was opened. Though temperature was not an issue as the room is equipped with a fan and AC, the air in the room would always feel stuffy. During my stay, they had some renovation work on going and I hope these addressed some of the issue with the room. Additionally, the mattress should be changed as you would completely sink into it.

Excellent breakfast. Grateful for the availability of plenty of free drinking water. Didn’t use laundry service but great to have. Stunningly beautiful tile work.Friendly service at front desk.

The location was good, we were there for such a short stay. The staff were friendly and they communicated well when we contacted them via this platform. It has a quirky interior design and has a vegan cafe attached.

Our room had windows that only opened to the main hallway area on the ground floor. There is no ventilation in the shower so the room felt damp and a little stuffy. We also paid for room AND breakfast and had an early transfer where we had to almost BEG to have breakfast packed for us even though we paid.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was walking distance to the center, while still very local. The common areas of the hotel were very cosy and the whole place was thoughtfully decorated. Rooms also spacious and cosy. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit every day. And again, I cannot emphasize enough on the kindness of the staff. Would definitely recommend!

The only small remark is the availability of warm water in the shower. It would be a cherry on the top, if the warm water was avaliable at any time. But then again, the weather is quite hot, so this is just a minor detail, which could be improved.
