Great owner who is highly responsive to requests and accomodates anything we asked for. The property is one of the best hostels / homestay I have stayed in southeast asia. Very very clean, great temperature control, comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty and healthy. Easy to rent motorbike if needed, also he offers free pedal bikes to all guests. Close to town / not a far bike ride to beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Nothing. I have stayed here twice and if I lived in Hoi An I'd consider asking for a longterm rental from the owner. Its a great great place.

Comfortable beds in clean rooms with nice bathrooms on each floor. The aircon is always on so the rooms are kept beautifully cool and amazing breakfast with outdoor area. The staff are very kind and helpful with suggestions and activities they allowed me to keep my bags whilst heading to Cham Islands free of charge and gave me an earlier breakfast than advertised as my ferry was in the morning. Bicycles are also included so saves lots of money on rentals and food definitely would recommend to anyone in the area.

Maybe one of the nicest homestays I have stayed in while in Vietnam. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the homestay is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities. Location is perfect being out of tourist areas but not far from main town and beach. There are also free bicycles provided!

I love it here and would definitely stay again. The dorm is comfortable, clean. Great value with the included breakfast, free bikes and beautiful family feel. Lovely quiet location, only a short bike ride to the beach or old town. Highly recommend for your stay here.

This is the best place I have stayed in the past few years! Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk from the homestay. Old town and the beach are only 7 minutes’ ride. They provide free delicious breakfast and free bicycle. They also provide cheap laundry service, bus and tour booking. If you want a drink, you can order from the cafe downstairs operate from 8:00-16:00 (only accept cash payment). Clean rooms, spaceous seating area, friendly and helpful staffs which is perfect for long-term stay. Although I'm not a dog lovers but the three cute dogs made my day. The good vibes made everyone extend their stay. If you want to meet new friends or rest well, this is the place you are looking for!

Perfect

It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Everything is clean and the breakfast is great. It's a quieter local area but there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. It's really easy to meet people or to chill alone, because there are lots of different seating areas. The hostel is located in between the old town and the beach of Hoi An, a 10min bicycle in either direction or a quick grab ride. And the owner is such a helpful guy, he knows the names of his guests and will give you tips on what to do, where to go,... I would highly recommend this hostel :)

Some of the bicycles could use some upkeep.

I felt very welcomed—the staff is super friendly. They offered me a bike during my stay and helped with great local recommendations. The breakfast was also really tasty. Overall, my stay was very peaceful and I highly recommend it!
