Breakfast and bicycle included, helpful and caring staff, spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it!

Very lovely and cosy space :) everyone was super nice and helpful :) i really like the free fruits instead of breakfast :) Also for me the location was perfect cause its not directly in the city center, so its less crowded and feels just way more relaxing. But youre still not too far from everything :)

• The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home • They have three adorable dogs that I loved seeing and petting every day • Spacious dorms with large lockers (bring your own lock) • Free bicycle rental – had a lovely ride through the nearby rice fields • Towels provided • Decent common area • Attached café (they started offering breakfast on my last day)

• I loved the presence of the dogs so this is not a negative, but it’s not ideal for people who dislike dogs or have allergies • Common area is open-air, so lots of bugs at night • Bathrooms are shared (mixed-gender), with only two for 12 people on the dorm floor • Shower and toilet are in the same space, so everything gets wet • Dorms are mixed, in case that matters to some travelers • Location is far from the ancient town – needed to take Grab daily • Not much around in walking distance (no proper markets, pharmacies, or restaurants nearby)

A well designed hostel/home-stay that offers the best facilities, support and suggestions in hospitality to discover Hoi An attractions. The host and staff are prompt, proactive and proficient in taking care of your comfort and convenience. Each dormitory bed has privacy curtains, comfortable mattress, super quality bed-sheets and blanket. A/C is on 24/7 with a circulating ceiling fan to air the dorm. Kitchen facilities is limited to an electric kettle, microwave and gas stove to warm up pre-prepared consumables. Okra does not offer any breakfast, but instant coffee, tea and daily fruits is offered gratis. In-house Coffee shop offers a variety of Vietnamese coffees.

Hard to imagine of any dislikes.

I experienced the friendliest service at Okra Hoian on my trip to Vietnam so far. The whole team was very courteous and warm. The accommodation is directly connected to a coffee shop where you have plenty of seating and a very good selection of hot and cold drinks. The rooms were very well equipped and clean. The accommodation is located right in the middle between the beach and the old town, which means that both can be reached quickly by bike, which you can also borrow free of charge at the homestay.

Phuc and his Team are so helpful and friendly. I immediatelt felt wolcome and had the most amazing time in Hoi An! Can recommend this Hostel 100% 😊🫶🏽
