Very dated property

The staff were very helpful and were able to get our laundry cleaned, dried and folded before 5pm that same day. The cost was by weight and all came back in good order. Although it is the low season we made use of the restuarant. We did not make use of the pool as it had not been heated. The spa was however being used and the steam room was available. We did not make use of the small bar but made use of the room service menu, and being too tired to leave the hotel after sightseeing ate our meals in the restuarant. We made use of the jacuzzi in our room. There is a free airport transfer.

The room above ours had a jacuzzi, this made a knocking sound most nights but we did get used to it. We could hear the dogs barking across the street. The hotel is tired and needs refurbishment but it is cheap. There are broken bits and wobbly taps in our bathroom. There is no kettle but there is a large thermos in the dining room. You can get milk at breakfast but we bought a carton of milk from the local shop and kept it in the mini fridge.

Todo me gustó mucho pero es una pena que esté descuidado, está como estropeado, cómo que lo están dejando de cuidar.

Es una pena que se dejen ir con el cuidado de las cosas... jacuzzi sucia, cositas abandonadas etc. El escándalo de los vecinos de al lado o de arriba, no sé, pero deberían de pasarse por todas las plantas a ciertas horas para mandar a guardar silencio.
