Quarto espetacular bem iluminado e com jacuzzi, cama muito confortável!

Faltou limpeza no piso em alguns lugares como acesso ao 9o andar. Faltou água 1 noite e fiquei sem tomar banho…

El personal muy amable siempre intentando ayudar, las instalaciones son buenas, el problema es que hay una falta de mantenimiento en ellas notable. Podría ser un gran Hotel, pero hace falta cuidar un poco las instalaciones que poseen.

Para el precio que se paga se esperaría in poquito más. La localización no es céntrica y a menudo hay que utilizar taxis.

Everything was a bit run down, holes in the wall, paint on the floor, sink drain broken. It was nice to have a jacuzzi but it filled very slowly and couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Pool and hot tub was fun but also a bit run down; both were only about half full.

This hotel is perfect! Clean, comfy beds, safe, the food is great and it’s very convenient for everything. I love staying here

The spa was everything! Very good service and the hotel it’s very nice and beautiful. Friendly staff, hot water and everything we wanted and more!

I didn't really l8ke this hotel, can get much better accommodation for the same price.

No hot water. Had to request clean towels multiple times. Staff did not communicate well. Buffet breakfast very limited.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The room was not clean when arriving and when attempting to shower there was no hot water which then turned into no water at all. The staff claimed they woood contact with regards to a refund as there was no way of staying in a hotel with no hot water and they did not meet the basic standards of the booking agreement. A week later after Expedia trying to intervene they refused to process a refund. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
