Hotel Paradis Suite Cusco

La chambre était super, le jacuzzi était grand. Le tout avec un ascenseur, top. Une table et un mini frigo dans notre chambre était un plus. Il y avait aussi un chauffage dans la chambre, très agréable. Petit déjeuner en buffet, copieux.

L'eau n'était pas très chaude. On a du chauffer en partie l'eau du jacuzzi avec la bouilloire. La piscine est inutilisable ! Le niveau de l'eau des deux bassins n'est rempli qu'à la moitié, et surtout la température y est GLACIALE. Impossible de s'y tremper.

Todo estaba bien

-Smelled weird -Water seeping through the bathroom floor and when we asked for another towel they kept putting it on the carpet? -had to ask multiple times for enough fresh towels and toilet paper -would drop off laundry before 10am but had to ask for it back after 9pm -there were so many opportunities for small improvements, like having a dish to put the soap on in the bathroom - I feel mislead by the accommodations offered at this location, it said there was fridge and there wasn’t -walls were to thin we could hear everyone above below and beside us -kids would yell and slam doors in the evening, but there was a note on those doors saying staff was staying there, does the staff live in the hotel?

Habiatacion muy amplia, cómoda.

No se agrado el aseo, se solicita este servicio y apenas se estiró la cama…. No se realizó una limpieza. El personal, de recepción y aseo hacen lo justo y necesario, la niña que atendía en el desayuno muy amable y servicial, muy distinto al resto.

Une chambre très mignonne et agréable. L’hôtel est très beau avec une très belle décoration. Le personnel est accueillant. Le gérant de l’hôtel nous a préparé un petit déjeuner a emporté pour notre départ ce qui n’était pas proposé initialement. Un très bon séjour

La habitación muy amplia y colchón excelente. El desayuno muy variado (intercontinental). El personal del hotel muy agradables y siempre muy atentos. El hotel se encuentra a 15’ caminando del centro.

Great spot , hot tub was a plus .
