staff wasnt accomodating enough, and worst was the policy in the sofa bed being converted to extra bed and having said I need to pay for it..

Convenience

Appearance as very bad. Needed painting and some minor repairs. No towels for shower, no soap and severely dated fixtures. Surfaces appeared clean but windows, light fixtures and the like appeared nasty.
