"交通便利、位於鬧區。"

交通便利，走路到天神區域也很近，遇到問題也很快速幫忙解決，服務員的態度也很親切，渡邊通車站很近，旁邊還有小超市，在天神或藥院區域逛街、吃飽飯再走回家消化一下，住宿附近也都有超商，藥妝店。

小小建議毛巾可以每天都掛一包新的放在門把上，或放一個籃子在門口，籃子裡面能有一袋新的毛巾做使用。

"Nice location - Floors in elevator and room were quite nasty."

Location was good

The floor of the elevator was extremely dirty as were the carpets in both the common area of our floor as well as our unit. It appears they haven't been cleaned for a very long time.

"第二の自宅"

目の前にパーキングもあり、そちらが満車でも周りにいくつかパーキングがあるので車移動でも便利だった。 毎回自宅のようにくつろげるのでお得に泊まれる際はグランドベースを選択するようにしています！

証明の調節が二つのみなので極端なのが難点です。
