Paid for Riverview but room was double booked

It was 47 degrees in the room without any heat or even a blanket. There was 2 forks, 1 glass, 4 plates and 3 bowls. They claim the room has all kitchen utensils and dishes.

Pictures are alot better than the actual property. Ita also located on the edgebof downtown. No enough bath towels and no ice maker or ice tray.

Such a cute property with an amazing view! Close to great restaurants and the river. You can’t beat this.

This place was totally misleading from the pictures they shown. The bed was very low like a kids bed mattress was super hard And room was very nasty vents looked like they have never been cleaned in years, Tub was dirty And the few towels were there had red hair strings on them the owner didn’t offer anything but to come clean it (which due to Covid I wasn’t comfortable with that) Because this should’ve been done n sterilized before I got there! I have all the nasty pictures of this terrible place

I checked in the Room didn’t look like it looks on the photos. The Tub was nasty the bed was like a futon Bed it wasn’t a real bed there wasn’t any wash cloths it was terrible

When I arrived that night I didn't have the room number I was staying in and no code for the outside door to even get into the actual building. They only emailed me the code to get into the room I was staying in for the night. It was raining and I was calling them and I got no answer I was just on hold forever. My boyfriend was upset because this was a getaway for his birthday and we couldn't even get into the building. There was a security guard and he just sat there like we was even at the door and I'm still on hold trying to see how I get into the building and what's my room number. Some neighbors finally walked up and I was asking them some questions. Well they went to talk to the security guard and finally got me into the building and I'm still on hold. Once I got into the building the security guard called a man that worked for the building and he didn't know anything either. He did suggest that I send them a email and then finally someone called me. She said they had emailed me the information that I needed to get into the room. I never got that email and she was very rude and didn't want to at least give me the first night free for my pain and suffering. I will never rent anything from this company again. It was just bad business.

Pretty easy to check in and it's right next to parking garages, also you will be in a very central area of downtown so you can walk to anything from this location!

I LOVED IT!!! if I ever come back to Memphis.. this is the ONLY place I wanna stay. So close to everything walking distance! And just a nice environment.

Everything was good except the bathroom had hair everywhere and the tub was peeling paint and the toilet seat looked old with spots on it. If they focus on the bathroom area this would've been excellent.
