The River City Flats

Nice view. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. Exterior of the building is lit by powerful flood lights. The cheap blinds didn't do a very good job of keeping the light out. Made it difficult to sleep. Building requires a 4 digit code to enter. Got locked out of the building when the code stopped working. Spent way too long standing on the sidewalk trying to get the management company to solve the problem. Finally had to sneak in behind another tenant. Potentially dangerous if it had happened late at night (this is downtown Memphis).

I loved my balcony ❗️♥️,I loved my whole room .Everything was to my satisfaction I will be booking again soon

The floors were filthy and some things needed repairing but the view was very nice.

Some repairs needed to the patio door, the lamps didn’t work/ weren’t there.

The view was amazing. The floors were really nasty. They need a better cleaning service for their rentals.

The view was the best part. Our room was changed to the 16th floor last minute.. Yay us!!! Arrived as the sun was setting. Unit was clean, had just enough of what we needed. I did not realize the card to get into the bldg was on the small coffee table. It has under something. We were fortunate that residents let us in both times. I will stay here again!
