Wat we erg fijn vonden, is de ligging van het resort ten opzichte van de pier. Dit maakt aankomen en vertrekken een stuk gemakkelijker. Daarnaast bieden ze een shuttle service aan, wat ontzettend praktisch is. Voor slechts 50 baht per volwassene word je netjes gebracht of opgehaald. Onze jonge kinderen (1 en 4 jaar) mochten gratis mee. Dat maakte het verblijf op dit punt zeker comfortabel en goed geregeld. Locatie zit dichtbij het strand. Wij hebben bij To the Moon gezeten en gedronken aan het strand. Fijne service daar. Aanrader als je hier verblijft om daar een hapje te eten of te drinken.

De goede recensies en beoordelingen komen wat ons betreft helaas niet helemaal overeen met de huidige staat van het resort. Het zwembad viel tegen: ongeveer 80% van de tegels was afgebroken, waardoor het niet prettig loopt. Daarnaast lagen er veel bladeren in en rondom het zwembad en was het water niet erg schoon. De bedden waren erg hard, wat het slaapcomfort voor ons aanzienlijk verminderde. Bij aankomst stond de airco nog niet aan. Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar bij eerdere accommodaties waar wij verbleven was de ruimte bij aankomst alvast voorgekoeld. Zeker tijdens deze extreem warme dagen zou dat een fijne extra service en een prettige start van het verblijf zijn.
