Mountain View Villa

Wir waren zu viert und haben zwei von den vier Bungalows gemietet. Sie sind mit einem grossen king size Doppelbett und allem Komfort ausgestattet. Dusche und WC sind offen. Die 4 Bungalows teilen sich den separaten grossen Pavillon, der eine grosszügige Gemeinschaftsküche mit Wohnzimmer und kleinem Pool beherbergt. Die ganze Anlage ist ideal für eine grosse Gruppe, die alle Bungalows mietet und sich in diesem Gebäude treffen möchte. Wir haben es nicht genutzt und haben im Restaurant, im 5 Autominuten entfernten Hauptgebäude, sehr gut gegessen. Die Anlage des Hauptgebäudes mit Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, kleiner Shop etc. ist (fast zu) riesig und gut durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unglaublich schön und sehr abgelegen, was den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Wir haben ganz nah Giraffen gesehen und die Stille, die grandiose Aussicht und die Exklusivität der Mountain View Villa sehr genossen.

It's kind of in the middle of somewhere, but that is what makes it great. What a find!! Managed to get some communication with the lodge pre arrival, because we were arriving quite late, but we were told not to worry. Diner would be served when we arrived. It's a drive up to the lodge from the main gate, but the way it's lit up at night was quite beautiful. We met with Tjaart, who gave us the run down of the area and the Villas and had a drink in the bar before heading to diner. Breakfast is pre-ordered after diner. We did some archery and lay pigeon shooting and an evening nature drive whole we were there and tried to extend our stay, but there was no availability. It was relaxing and a great place to just relax. The villas are away from the main lodge but are so comfortable and have a large kitchen,dining and beaai area. When in Namibia, this is place I will definitely come back to.

Perfect place for a group of friends or large family. Perched on a hilltop with amazing views. Very well equipped main house and the cottages are roomy and tastefully decorated.

Liked the fact that the Villa looked exactly like the pictures. So beautiful 😍. The food was awesome, nice big portions. Kitchen facilities were fully equipped with everything we needed.

The fact that there was no network coverage. But it was okay, gave us a chance to connect and spend time together.

Breathtaking view of the mountains! Star gazing and moonlight. Fridge in the room, very good hot shower and comfy bed. Outside sitting.

Considering the price, Dinner and breakfast were very standard. Jacuzzi/pool in common area was not available. Villas are 5 min driving away from the main building/reception and the signs are not easy to follow especially at night; easy to get lost without any guiding lights/signs.

Everything you need, amazing location and very helpful, strongly recommended.

The location of the villa is stunning, with a feeling of remoteness and great views of the mountains all around. Superb stargazing at night.
