Sainte Famille Hotel

J’ai réservé une suite avec 5 lits et en arrivant on m’a donné une chambre avec uniquement un lit double. Nous étions 4 et le réceptionniste nous a proposé une 2ème chambre pour 100$ la nuit a payer en plus, nous avons refusé et il nous a donc proposé 60$ là nuit. Nous avons annulé le séjour et sommes allés dans un autre hôtel. Nous avons perdu du temps et de l’énergie pour rien, je déconseille

Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the atmosphere, the warm reception staff, and the kind Thomas, the dining room team, the bar, breakfast (great omlette) the cleanliness of the room and housekeeping, and the positive attitude toward every request we made. We truly felt at ease, and it was a pleasure to return to our room and the hotel each day. At night, I went to the bar and I had an excellent ginger tea. Highly recommended!

The room did not have a hair dryer, but when I requested one, it was brought to me quickly and with a smile.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They took very good care of me.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is super pleasant and attentive, while giving guests their space, which I find important. The food is totally fantastic! (Naan bread must be tried). My room was spotless clean. Sound isolation from outside noise not optimal, but got used to it after the first night. WiFi was problematic, many dropouts, this should be fixed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and that is a major plus as Kigali tends to have traffic jams. Recommended!
