La Limonaia Country House

The bad smell coming from the toilet when we Booker in. They had to call sewer services to pump out the septic at 8h00 during our stay

The location

The host has refuesd to add a roll of toilet paper for an apartment with 3 guests (including a 2 TWO years old baby) for a stay of 5 FIVE nights! We , the parents , stayed for the same 5 nights in the nearby apartment. The host has taken my son & the baby for a tour in her farm one time. We chose that specific agrotourism farm ONLY because it enabled us to see the animals for the sake of THE BABY. When my son has asked for a 2nd time of visiting the farm (again - for the baby to watch animals) the host has refused by explaining that the package includes ONLY ONE FARM TOUR! When we complained by saying that we booked 2 TWO APARTMENTS , only than the host has agreed for a 2ND FARM visit (which finally was NOT executed due to rain & mud in animal pens).

My son stayed - with his wife & 2 years old baby - at a big apartment). After 2nd night (out of 5 nights) he asked the owner for an additional roll of toilet paper. The owner has REFUSED to bring the additional roll! Wish to add that we booked 2 TWO apartments : each of them for 5 nights - so the owner had a business of 10 nights with us - we have paid her 900 euro + 32 euro city tax ALL together , which didn’t justify - from her point of view - an ADDITIONAL roll of toilet paper! Wish to add that the farm in which we stayed was an Agrotourism farm - with animals. We chose this farm only because we wanted the 2 years old baby to experience a meeting/view of the animals. The owner took my son & baby for a tour to watch the animals ONCE - one time. When my son asked the owner for an additional visit - just for the sake of the baby - The owner has refused , saying : the package includes ONLY ONE visit. When we complained while claiming that we booked 2 TWO apartments , only than the owner was ready to add an additional visit (which was finally NOT executed due to rain)

it was cute and private and the air conditioning worked very well. the kitchen also had lots of things for cooking. tv was nice and big too and the main bed was comfortable.

there were 3 of us staying here and I was surprised that bed and sofa bed were all in one big room. there was also not enough coffee pods provided for our stay and the shower was extremely small and it leaked. the location was ok but you absolutely need a car to get anywhere
