A grande villa in a leafy neighbourhood. Pleasant walk into centre mostly along one of Bologna’s famous covered walkways. Just outside ZTL and easy to find if you’re driving. Very secure parking. I stayed in 2 apartments. The studio 613 is the top floor of a separate cottage next to the main building. Spacious, comfortable and with its own washing machine. The Deluxe 605 in the main building is even more spacious! There’s a laundry room in the basement. I’ve been on a long motorcycle tour and so laundry was a big plus for me! The accommodation is pristine and very stylish and modern. The A/C works well and the WiFi is fast. The team communicated quickly and helpfully. Self check-in instructions were simple and clear. Stay here.

Piękna kamienica. Pokoje wygodne, właściwe coś jak studio, z częścią wypoczynkową, kuchenką i całym wyposażeniem. Na dole pralnia i suszarka, bardzo praktyczne. Czysto. Położenie blisko centrum a spokojnie. No i jeśli ktoś podróżuje samochodem to jest zamknięty parking. Personel uprzejmy.

We had a wonderful stay at My Suites Home in Bologna. The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and located in a lovely neighborhood. One of the highlights was being so close to a beautiful park, which made the area feel peaceful and pleasant while still being convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was comfortable and generously sized, giving us plenty of space to relax. We slept exceptionally well thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable accommodations. The building is also beautiful and full of character, which added to the overall experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish base in Bologna.

The only small areas for improvement were in the bathroom. The lighting could be a bit brighter, especially for things like applying makeup, and the shower tended to overflow, leaving some water on the bathroom floor. These were only minor inconveniences and certainly did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment, but they are worth mentioning as potential improvements.
