"Heerlijk rustig en ruim tegen het centrum van Bologna aan"

Toplocatie tegen het centrum aan net uit de drukte. Ruim appartement met tuintje. Goede douche en veel kastruimte. Ruime parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein.

Ruim appartement en heel volledig ingericht. Auto kon goed geparkeerd worden bij het appartement. Toegang ook laat op de avond eenvoudig door ontvangen codes.

Enige minpuntje was dat de toegang - aan het einde van de huur tot het appartement - te vroeg was afgesloten. Dat werd wel heel snel opgelost.

Parkplatz, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, einfacher Kontakt zum Vermieter, Küche.

Nicht unterschätzen: bis zum Bologna-Zentrum ca 25 min Fußweg, aber das haben wir gewusst. Aber wegen Parkplatz ist trotzdem sehr gut für Bologna.

"Merkezi konumda, iyi düşünülmüş bir tesis."

Konum turistik amaçlı bir seyahat için şehir merkezine 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ulaşılabilir olması sebebi ile çok avantajlı, ayrıca konutun bulunduğu mahalle oldukça nezih ve ferah. Araçla seyahat edenler için dahili otopark büyük kolaylık, belki otopark biraz daha uygun fiyatlı olabilirdi. Binanın geneli oldukça bakımlı ve kaliteli görünüyordu. Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı, odada gerekli tüm olanaklar mevcuttu.

Merkezi klima sistemi mevcut ve oda içinden sıcaklık ayarı seçiliyor ancak kaldığımız dairenin bir odası oldukça serin birisi daha sıcak oluyordu. Bu durum iki odada kalanlar için olumsuzluk yarattı, birileri üşürken birileri sıcaktan şikayet etti. Ayrıca pencerelerde sineklik olmaması da dezavantaj çünkü bölgede çok fazla türde uçan böcek ve sivrisinek mevcut, bunların içeri girmesini istemezsiniz. Bu eksikler giderilirse çok daha iyi olur.
