Paddy Boutique House Hoian

The location and the view are great. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The cafe is a very good place for people who want to work while travelling.

The room was bright and large. We were facing the paddy fields and had a small balcony. Free bicycles to use, we went through the fields to the beach which was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Only open until 4pm. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Our room had a leak in the ceiling which was not great. It was also a little difficult to get a Grab to go in and out of old town. We were not interested in walking the 20mins from hotel plus walking old town!

Everything! This stay was incredible and I highly recommend staying here! The staff are so kind and go above and beyond to meet your needs, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the cafe downstairs is incredible with very delicious food and drink!

There is no elevator, only stairs. While this didn’t bother us at all, it is something to note.

Fabulous place to stay. The rooms and decor were beautiful. Having a view of the paddy fields was really calming. It was a cheap Grab ride into the centre of Hoi An. The cafe was also fabulous. The best shakshuka we've ever tasted and delicious coffee. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really great property in an excellent location. We really liked that the hotel was away from the busy parts of Hoi A but not that far for a quick cab ride or even a walk (about 25-30 minutes to the old town). The views over the rice fields were nice and the location allowed for nice bike rides out through the fields. Our room was clean and comfortable, the owner/staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel cafe served excellent coffee, smoothies, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the aesthetics of this place. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was amazing, although not included in the price. Staff was super helpful.

We went out of the city center for a quiet place but were woken up by construction every morning. Only a curtain between the toilet/bathroom and the room.

Away from the tourists and Old Town, but close enough to walk to/from

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The owners were very accommodating. Also beautiful views of the rice fields. However, not a lot to do around the hotel. The old town is about a 25 minute walk.
