Paddy Boutique House Hoian

Loved everything about the Paddy Boutique house! The staff is amazing, the food and restaurant is wonderful, they helped arrange car service for us from Da Nang and back to the airport. The bathroom is spacious, but they should remove bathtub. The location and free bikes were awesome and you should take advantage to ride to the old city as well as the beaches.

Absolutely loved this place! The view of the rice paddys, the facilities and the free bikes included. We had a wonderful time here, felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a room with a bath tub. It was huge, private and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and they arranged travel to Ba Na Hills for us at a very competitive price. The cafe downstairs offers a delightful range of breakfast and brunch meals, with great coffee, at very cheap prices. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Hard bed. But almost everywhere in Vietnam.

The hotel offers bicycles for guests, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the old town and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the staff member who works during coffee shop hours was very nice and friendly.

I had never stayed at a hotel without 24/7 staff, so we needed to inform them in advance of our check-out time, especially since it was the weekend and the coffee shop was closed. During off-hours, communication was limited to messaging via WhatsApp, as there was only a night guard downstairs. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with the burning of rice fields, which led to a noticeable smell in our room during the day/when they were burining. Additionally, since our room faced the road, it was extremely loud, and we had to use earplugs to get any sleep.

Great location for us, the views of the paddy fields were lovely and it was about 15 minute walk to old town but we never had to wait more than two minutes for a grab if we needed it. Windows were well insulated, we didn’t get woken up by traffic. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and the free bikes were great as was the coconut coffee from downstairs!

A shower curtain would be good as it was difficult to shower without getting water everywhere, but that’s the only thing!

The staff at Paddy Boutique was incredibly kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was beautifully designed, with a clean and comfortable interior. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the porch, overlooking the serene rice paddies – the sunsets were breathtaking. The hotel offers free bicycles and they provide laundry service, which was a great convenience. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants, mini-marts, and just a short distance from the vibrant night market. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Paddy Boutique Hotel the next time I'm in Hoi An.

1) Rice fields view from our room was blocked by the trees 2) There were minor flaws in the room, for example, wires sticking out from behind the TV 3) The bikes were not in the best condition 4) We had a room on the second floor, and during the working hours of the restaurant there was too much noise from there

The room is exactly like the photo! Beautifully furnished! Immaculate and luxurious. Incredible paddy field view. So much natural light. The food I. The breakfast in the Paddy Field Café is delicious. We would recommend the avocado toast with kale and poached eggs! Free bicycles are brilliant!
