"Great little spot"

Really well located and beautifully designed property with a lovely cool café underneath. Had views over the Paddyfield also complementary pushbikes the room was spacious and clean . Highly recommend

Location is quiet. Across hotel is a vast paddy field good for cycle and jogs. Owner is friendly and cafe downstairs is good.

"Awesome Boutique Rooms in Hoi An"

Great small boutique hotel around 15 minutes walk from Hoi An town, with the added benefit of a lovely view over the paddy fields that typify this area. We spent a lovely 3 nights here. There is a coffee shop downstairs owned by the same family which makes a great breakfast spot as well. They also have free bikes to use, which we fully recommend for a day around Cat Kim Island and the nearby fields and bays.

"Love it! Staying at this hotel is a reason to return to Hoi Ai."

- The room is very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Furniture and choice of decor is really nice. - Paddy field is just right in front, and there are lots of paddy field cafes 2-3 km away from Hotel which you can cycle or walk. - Old Town is not far, 10 to 15 minutes walk depending on the weather or you can cycle or Grab Bike - Free bicycle to use. - Great Shower and Aircon for the hot afternoon - The staffs are friendly and always smiley. Even the night watch uncle is nice and smiley. - There is also a cafe at level 1, which serves great food. - There is free filtered drinking water - They can also help arrange tours and transport :)

"A home away from home"

Loved the decor, comfortable bed, the view but most of all we loved the staff. This is a small hotel and it felt like “home” almost instantly. The cafe downstairs is a great place for food and to relax with a smoothie or coconut coffee. It is also the place to chat with fellow travellers. Perfect for us!

"Loved Hoi An and this property"

This property is an absolute gem. Tasteful and thoughtfully designed rooms. The breakfast cafe was excellent too. Great choice and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again.
