"The hotel is scamming customers on pricing."

Place is near to shopping area.

Staffs are not helpful. We booked for 2 days stay and extended by 2hours after check out time,the hotel charged me for next full day price. However, total stay wasnt exceed 48hrs.

"After booking ticket online, call hotel receptionist and confirm the room rate before reaching hotel"

The location of the hotel. It's in center of Tnagar

Hotel receptionist charges more than what it's showing on booking.com website. I booked hotel room online through booking.com, when I reached hotel and shown receptionist booking receipt he told me I have to pay x plus some amount(without giving proper justification).
