The staff was very helpful and accommodative, supported all our request. Ashraf & Altaf were very helpful in swiftly getting taxi (Uber / Ola) arranged.

We reserved our booking and paid full amount for the 2 days that we were planning to stay; but on the day of arrival, we were told that there was no rooms available; the reason was the hotel was fully booked and they were not feeling guilty about it.

"Good but Improvement need"

Very Hot water always available in the Bathroom.

When I booked this room via booking.com they indicate that coffee machine and kettles available in the rooms.But this not available in my rooms.I ask about this at the reception the staff told they don't have any of this.
