Its is located in prime area with acces to all places.

Location is good, as it is in prime location of tnagar, but the room was very small. By seeing thr pics attached in the site, i was expecting a medium sized room, but it was very small. Apart from that all other amenities are good...

wrong place and showing in Expedia of this hotel is wrong. we went to that hotel at 10pm at night they send to another hotel it is 5km from k11 hotel. and we book to king side beds means thy give only one king and one single bed. we asked the hotel staff they sed its Expedia sit problem. we came with family that's way we are silent and we dont have time to Argive with people. we are so disappointment in Expedia.

The bathroom could use some work. The shower smelt bad and running hot water was intermittent. The check in process was smooth. But the rooms felt a bit small.

I booked quadruple 2 king size bed rooms. I was provided with only a double bedded small room. The faclities promised was not given. We expected a 3 star facility but we were disappointed. You should review what you claim in the website. Please do not cheat the customers.
