Lanven Art House

Very nice property with friendly owner. The rooms are super clean and the property is well maintained with good decor. The property is very near to popular shopping place and the art and culture center. The beach is also nearby at walkable distance. I highly recommend this place to stay in Hualien.

Hosts were super nice, very considerate and really care about their customers. Room was very clean, had enough space and even a nice balcony. Highly recommend.

they don't have a card machine and use a local website to facilitate payments which doesn't really work well - spent 30 mins in the lobby trying to pay.

房間寬敞，衛生乾淨，有電梯很加分， 民宿位在鬧區的巷子內，去哪都很方便，附近餐廳超多。

The place was nicely decorated and well-kept. The staff were very friendly and informative too. It's close to the night market, which is just a straight road 10mins away. I would definitely be going back the next time I'm in Hualien.

The location is great, near the markets and numerous cafes and restaurants.

民宿地點在市中心很棒，吃逛走路都能到，民宿也有腳踏車可以借，至於清潔部分，房間地板跟桌面沒有灰塵是乾淨的，不過洗澡時蓮蓬頭出水的地方看似生鏽（還是發霉？），睡覺時掀開棉被又發現棉被內一大片污漬⋯⋯，第一次遇到入住跟退房都是外傭在登記與收退房鑰匙，也算是特別的經驗了。

My friend fell on the bathroom floor Because the floor was super slippery. They did not have any anti slippery mat in the shower. She injured her left arm and went to the emergency at late night. It was a horrible experience. The host did refund her both night room fees but it doesn’t matter, my friend will need to have a long period therapy. I would hope all the vendors will think about safety first than just having a pretty tile floor.
