Whilst the bedding was all freshly washed, the sheet on the double was very old and bobbly. Duvet stained After two very hard days walking a bath would have been even better than the very good shower. A dishwasher always a bonus

Cottage was very well equipped. Location next to the sea and local shops was very helpful. Easy to check in. Very clean and well maintained. Very warm which was very helpful this winter. Great value for money.

Shower didn't quite stay warm enough the whilst being used. A dish rack for the sink would be super helpful.

Good quality of the flat

the instructions on where to put what kind of garbage were a bit confusing. I wasn't sure which of the small garbage cans I was allowed to use for recycling. There were several garbage cans belonging to several residents

Very clean and tidy, a little cramped for three adults but made the most of it.

Carpark is a nightmare! No room to turn your car, parking bollards need to be removed as they are a hazard.

Amazing place quiet perfect for a small family relaxing great access to the town and local area

Second time at New court. Very comfortable cottage,all that you need. Ideal location, walking distance to town and harbour. Great two weeks. And found our New home.

Paul was a great host,talked me through getting to get the gates open and the key safe, with a lot of patience 😁 bless him. Thank you Paul 🙂. The cottage has been well thought about from top to bottom. As a chef the I found the kitchen very well equipped,(high quality )even the knives were sharp.i usually bring my own when staying in s/c.A lovely comfortable and cosy cottage. Thank you for a great stay Paul and Sarah. We are still looking for a house so might see you in the New year.

The property was clean and well equipped, with a secure parking spot right outside the front door. We had everything we needed for a lovely holiday.

No heating on arrival very cold - sheets on both single beds had coffee/tea stains on edges didnt see till following morjing when woke up - outdoor table was covered not cleaned - although great proximity to Torquay front very steep walk back
