"Great apartment, not so great location."

The apartment was spacious with a great sized balcony.

Location is not great. Although it is within a 10 minute walk to Rundle Street, it was next to a very noisy strip club.

"Tidy modern apartment near CBD"

Met at the location. Apartment was well appointed and convenient with easy walking to most of the events we attended.

Confusion in communication with Urban Rest to sort out security issue. Texts, calls and emails were required.

"Perfect location for fringe stay"

- clean, spacious and had a great kitchen - balcony space was huge and had a gorgeous view of the view - location was perfect for the fringe festival

- shampoo, body wash and conditioner were completely empty. We were only in the city for a few days and didn’t have any of our own with us, so was a bit of a pain having to go and buy some - check in process was a bit of a nightmare having to arrange an exact time to meet someone for the key. please get a lock box it makes the check in process so much easier!
