SGMYMYIf it wasn't for the good service by the front office staff & the quick response to my complaint about the aircond, I would have regretted staying there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the following: 1: Front office service; excellent & welcoming 2: Full toileteries provided inclusive of disposable slippers 3: Comfy pillow & mattress 4: Excellent WIFI service; no buffering experienced, perfect! 5: Restaurant at the ground floor
1: No lift, mine was at 3rd floor 2: No mini fridge 3: Room was spacious but I was expecting larger 4: Aircond wasn't cold until the technician attended to it 5: Looks a little run down with unfinished plastering
